What Sofwave can do for you

Sofwave is often one part of a plan. It pairs well with Radiesse when you also want structure and support, and with daily skin care at home. I plan the order and timing with you.

We look together
We look at your face together, and you tell me your goals and the features you love. Mostly, I listen.

Your plan for the year
I do a full assessment, studying your face at rest and while you talk. Then I walk you through your complete plan, from skin care and your at-home routine to in-office treatments, and map it into a calendar for the year so you can plan ahead and look forward to every visit. My assistant takes notes, reviews the plan with you and gives you a printed copy, plus one by email, before you leave.

Treatment, then follow-up
A topical numbing cream is applied first, and Pronox is available to ease any discomfort. The handpiece cools the surface of your skin as it delivers the ultrasound energy. Most people return to their day right away. Afterward we stay in touch and follow your calendar together, helping you reach your goals and making every decade your most beautiful best.

Results that build

Collagen takes time to remodel, so results build gradually. You can expect to see change about 5 weeks after your first treatment. Some people do well with a second session, spaced apart.

Can I combine Sofwave with other treatments?

Yes. It pairs well with Radiesse and with a good home routine, and we plan the order together.

I recently had filler, Botox or threads. When can I have Sofwave?

We plan the order together so each treatment can do its best work. As a general guide, I like Sofwave first, or about two weeks after Botox, and I usually leave a few weeks between Sofwave and fresh filler or threads so everything has time to settle. At your consultation we map a simple timeline around your calendar.

Can Sofwave lift without surgery?

Yes. Sofwave uses focused ultrasound to warm the deeper layers of the skin and encourage new collagen, which gently lifts the brow and smooths the chin and neck over the following weeks, with little to no downtime.
