Return Policy

Doris Day MD PC, doing business as Doris Day MD and Day Dermatology & Aesthetics, operates this website.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Some exclusions apply. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging intact.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days, determined by your payment provider. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments and cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your payment account: Review the account you used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay or other form of payment) to see if the refund has been posted.
2. Allow time for processing: Refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
3. Still don’t see it? Please contact us at info@drdorisday.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Note: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
Sale Items
All items purchased at a discounted price, including promotional, sale items, and products purchased as part of a subscription, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please refer to section 5 of our Subscription Policy to learn how to pause or cancel a subscription.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
