This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscribing to our skincare products via the Seal Subscriptions app on our website. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by this policy, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect for Subscriptions

When you subscribe to our products, we collect the following types of personal information:

  • Subscription Details: Information related to your subscription preferences (e.g., products, delivery frequency, payment details).
  • Payment Information: Securely processed via trusted third-party payment processors for recurring orders. It is your responsibility to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information, and to promptly update your account with any changes.

We use the information collected to:

  • Manage and process your recurring orders.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on your subscription preferences.
  • Communicate with you regarding any changes to your subscription, such as delivery schedules or product availability.

3. Subscription Billing and Recurring Charges

By entering into a subscription plan, you acknowledge that your subscription includes an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

The initial payment for your subscription will be processed at checkout. Subsequent charges are typically processed when your next subscription order is created/processed according to your selected delivery frequency. These charges will continue automatically without further authorization until you opt out of auto-renewal. See section 5 below, “Managing and Canceling Your Subscription” for details on how to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription pricing excludes applicable taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed (e.g., an expired card or insufficient funds), we and/or our subscription provider may retry the charge and may delay or pause shipment until payment is successfully processed.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscription products or services at any time. If we make a price change to a product you’re subscribed to, we will provide you with at least 14 days’ advance notice via the email associated with your account or through a notification on our website. Any changes to the subscription price will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the date of the price change notification.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Continued use of the subscription service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can pause or cancel a subscription any time in the customer portal. Certain subscription offers may require a minimum number of payments before cancellation; any such requirement will be clearly disclosed at checkout where applicable. To avoid being charged for the next order, you must cancel before your next subscription order is processed. Any order already processed, billed, or shipped prior to cancellation will still be fulfilled.


The customer portal can be accessed through the “view subscription” button also known as the “magic link” you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in our shop. Please use the same email address to set up your account that you used for your subscription.

6. Availability and Delays

All subscription orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your subscription is out of stock, we will notify you via email (or another method, if email is unavailable), and you will have the option to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order.

7. Discounts and Promotions

Subscribe and save discounts may be available. Special offers and promotions cannot be applied on top of any subscription discount. For more details on discounts and promotional offers, please refer to our Terms of Service.

 8. Delivery Terms

The delivery options selected for your first subscription order will apply to all subsequent subscription orders unless specified otherwise.

9. Right to Refuse Renewal

We reserve the right not to renew or to discontinue a subscription in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or operational constraints.

10. Your Privacy Rights

For California Residents (CCPA):
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: Request details about the personal information we collect, use, and share.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Request that we do not sell your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
