Should this be used once or twice a day?

It is best used both morning and evening.

Can I layer this with another eye cream?

Yes, this product can be used while using other eye products. If using the CE HPR Eye, apply the peptide eye over it.

Can this product be used on the eyelid?

It can be used above the eye, on the brow bone and under the eye. Avoid getting it directly into your eyes.

What is the difference between this product and the CE HPR Eye?

The CE HPR Eye contains a retinoid, HPR, that the Peptide Eye does not.

Found the Promised Land in This Product!

I've been searching for decades for a product to address the "Weiss" bags under my eyes and spent more money in that quest than I care to tally. I had results on day 1. After a week, if I forgot to use it before I went to bed I woke up without the bags even if the night was short and restless. Pure magic!

At last - SUCCESS!

For the past decade I've been looking for a product that will banish my under-eye "Aunt Mary" bags. I lost count as to how many products I've tried, although I can tell you at least 5 in the past 12 months as they are all still in a drawer, soon to be discarded.

I applied it for the first time at night and then again in the morning and, voila - the bags were sent packing! While they didn't erase my black circles, with the bags gone that is easily addressed with concealer.

Great brightening eye cream ! I wear this under my concealer and it pairs perfectly!

Soothing and brightening

I just started using this product a few weeks ago and already see and feel a difference. The dark circles under my eyes look lighter and the skin is definitely less dry.
